Kim McQueen manages marketing and shared services for Patterson Office Supplies, a division of Patterson Companies - global provider of complete, progressive solutions to specialty healthcare markets.  In almost 25 years with Patterson, Kim has worked her way up the organization, gaining extensive knowledge and insight through a variety of management positions in operations, sales and new product development and other pivotal areas.  Kim has been integral in establishing the relationship between AADOM and Patterson and advocating for new resources and educational opportunities for dental offices. 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
JUDY KAY MASOULF
 

With over 20 years in the industry, Judy Kay's speaking and Performance coaching focuses on communication, leadership, team revitalization and image enhancement. Her motivation is to help others to maximize their potential and get results.  She brings extensive knowledge and positive energy to her presentations. Judy Kay offers winning systems and vital information through stories, interaction and real life examples that anchor firmly in the minds and attitudes of attendees.  She is a member of the National Speakers Association (National and Minnesota Chapter), Speaking Consulting Network and an Advanced Transformational Trainer TM. CINDY DURLEY,    MEd, MBA
 
Cindy was hired by the dental Dental Assisting National
Board, Inc. in 1986, serving as its Director. Testing and Measurement for 10 years, and as its Executive Director since 1996. Cindy recently concluded a three-year term on the Board of Directors on the National Organization for Competency Assurance, the membership organization for certification agencies.  Cindy served as NOCA President in 2006.  She currently serves on NOCA's Leadership Council, and the Certificate Program Standards Committee, as the Co-Chair of the NOCA workgroup on assessment.  She is also a member of the NOCA Research and Development Committee, and the NOCA committee studying standards for international accreditation of certification programs.  Cindy has been instrumental in working with AADOM on the creation of educational modules and learning assessments for dental office managers as a part of the AADOM Fellowship Program.

 
 
LARRY WINTERSTEEN
 
Larry Wintersteen was born and raised in the State of Idaho. He has a Bachelor's Degree in English / Communication, a Master's Degree in Interpersonal Communication and Organizational psychology, and Ph.D. Studies in clinical counseling and Organizational Management. Larry has taught university for seven years, been in private counseling practice three years, and has worked two years as a Social Services consultant for the State of Oregon.

In 1974, he founded Wintersteen & Associates LLC, a consulting firm and entered into professional Healthcare Management Consulting and Human Resource Development.  He has an international reputation throughout the U.S. and Canada, as a leading consultant, lecturer, author and trainer of dental, legal and medical professionals.
