AIRPORT SHUTTLES
Both the Tampa Renaissance Hotel and the Tampa Courtyard Marriott offer complimentary shuttle service to and from Tampa International Airport. Both hotels have shuttles coming to the airport every 30 minutes. After you get your bags from Baggage Claim, call the hotel from the Courtesy Phone or your cell phone and they will pick you up.

Name Badges
Name badges will not be issued in advance. You can pick up your name badge at the Registration Desk at the conference. The Conference Registration Desk at the Renaissance Hotel will be open on Thursday, September 25th from 4:00pm-7:00pm and will re-open on Friday, September 26th at 7:45am. Please be sure to stop at the Registration Desk first to pick up your badge and materials, as anyone without a valid name badge will not permitted into sessions.
Pre-Registering for Sessions
We are asking ALL attendees to choose their selections for educational sessions before the conference. You will not be bound to your choice but it will greatly assist us in room selection and will help us avoid overcrowding in any sessions. It will also keep anyone from getting shut out from the session of their choice. Please print these forms and fax them back to us ASAP, if you have not already.
IMPORTANT: This is 2 separate pages. Please download and put your name on both pages before you fax back. Some attendees have sent first page, but not second. Please send both pages.
Thursday Registration
If you are arriving on Thursday, September 25th you can pre-register for the conference at the Renaissance Hotel. Stop by to pick up your name badge and conference materials and save yourself time in the morning! Thursday registration will take place from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. AADOM will also be hosting an informal "Wine and Cheese" from 5:00pm-6:30pm at Registration.
Friday Registration
The registration table will re-open at 7:45am on Friday, September 26th.
Friday Night Dinner
Friday night, September 26th, attendees have dinner on their own. Not to worry - our hotel is connected to Bay Street - home to some fabulous restaurants - from casual to fancy. We recommend calling ahead to reserve a reservation. Here is a listing of restaurants:
