“I think what I like best about AADOM is looking at questions from other managers or staff members and sharing knowledge and opinions to help. When I first started in this field in the 60's in New York, we had local groups and shared topics, knowledge and ideas. It was a de-stresser, social night out and we all ended the evening or afternoon feeling like we had some sanity left.
