Meet the AADOM Team
HEATHER COLICCHIO - FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Heather Colicchio is the Founder and President of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Heather has brought her background in business management and her unique skills in professional networking to help drive the success of AADOM, the largest professional organization of dental office managers in the country. Heather is frequently recognized for her visionary role and has served as an inspiration to many in business and in dentistry. She is particularly proud of how AADOM has empowered so many women in their professional development over the years. Heather was named one of the "Top 25 Women in Dentistry" in 2010. Heather lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children and her Bichon, Sage (who thinks she's a wolf). She claims she has the greatest job in the world. She loves Pete Townshend and practices Kundalini Yoga regularly.
In 2003, when Heather Colicchio was busy owning and operating her successful chain of gourmet cafes (as well as raising a toddler and a newborn), the furthest thing from her mind was starting a but life takes interesting turns sometimes. Through a dentist friend of hers, Heather became aware of a niche in dentistry that was not being filled. There was a lack of resources and education available for dental office managers. She casually began putting people in touch to help them fill this need (kind of like a hobby) but her entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and soon AADOM was born. When AADOM reached over 1,000 members in less than two years, Heather sold her cafes to devote herself full-time to AADOM, now the largest professional association for dental office managers in the country, with 3,000+ members and host of the country's largest dental office management conference.

LORIE STREETER, FAADOM
AADOM CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Lorie Streeter has been a part of the AADOM team for 5 years. Lorie owns her own marketing company, StreeterBuilt Strategic Marketing, which is the driving force behind the “Break to Brush” program. Her dental career spans 23 years, 12 of which were spent as a dental office manager.
As the Chief Operating Officer of AADOM Lorie’s role is to strategically build programs and awareness of the AADOM mission and benefits to its members. Lorie’s rich history in dentistry, marketing, sponsor relations (for the last 5 years) and office management allows her the unique perspective of working with not only the companies who help sponsor education and programs but also the office manager and what is best for their growth and development. You may also see Lorie “Rocking” the opening of our annual conferences.

Lorie lives in Minnesota with her husband and son. She is an accomplished musician and songwriter who has performed nationwide and has opened for Rascal Flatts. KARIN BENNETT
DIRECTOR OF SPONSOR RELATIONS
Karin Bennett is a great addition to the AADOM team. Her background includes 20+ years of sales and marketing experience, including 13 years as an insurance agent. A top producer of new dental patients and revenue as a Marketing Specialist with the largest national provider of support services to general and multi-specialty dental groups, she was the first recipient of the Operations Team Award for Outstanding Teamwork and Dedication and was assigned to a task force to develop a national dental campaign that is still in force today.
Karin is usually the first point of contact for new sponsors and conference exhibitors. You will see her roaming the floor at our annual conference and present at other dental industry meetings. Part of her current responsibility is to manage the deliverables of AADOM sponsors and conference exhibitors and to assist in assuring that all of them have the most pleasurable experience possible! She is the host of the sponsored webinars that AADOM members access to further their education and earn CE credits and is currently working on AADOM G – a program geared toward providing specialized training and educational opportunities for management of group dental practices.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Karin has lived in California since 1983. Very involved in her community, she most recently served on the Board of Directors for The Creative Center Foundation for special needs adults and currently on Networking for Women of Tulare and Kings Counties. Karin lives with her young daughter Simone and their spirited Manchester Terrier appropriately named Critter. She loves gourmet cooking, travelling and entertaining. She is excited to be working with such a talented, dedicated team and even more so to be working on your behalf!

ROGER STREETER
DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES
Roger joins AADOM as the Director of Member Services. Roger has a 30 year background working in the automotive and insurance industries for Mitchell International, Allstate Insurance and most recently Travelers Insurance.Roger has received many awards and accolades for his attention to customer service. Roger has been working with AADOM at every annual conference for the last 4 years and many of AADOM’s members are familiar with Roger and his support of the association.
Roger’s role as Director of Member Services will encompass all aspects of delivering superior customer service, timely responses to member inquiries as well as new member programs which will directly impact the growth of AADOM.
Roger and his family are originally from California and now reside in chilly Minnesota. Roger is married to his wife Lorie they have a son named Rhett and two feisty dogs, Tucker and Mac. Roger enjoys painting, wine tasting and cruising with his family in their convertible Mustang.

JUSTIN CABINIAN
PROJECT COORDINATOR
This is the face of the voice most AADOM members hear when they call our Corporate Office - meet Justin Cabinian. Justin graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, making Dean's List several times. Justin enjoys helping AADOM members with all of their questions, helping them make the most of their membership, assisting with webinar and conference registrations and very often reminding members of their user names and passwords :)
Justin lives in New Jersey. He is an avid runner and has competed in several races including half-marathons and is now working toward qualifying for his first full marathon (New York or Boston).

As a lifetime member and Fellow of AADOM, Teresa is committed to helping fellow members reach their true potential as practice leaders. Teresa's professional associations include the National Speakers Association, the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries. She is also a Founding Trustee for the DALE Foundation. Her position as a popular dental speaker and consultant is invaluable in being able to spot trends in the dental industry. This insight helps her to organize quality educational programs for AADOM members.
