In 2003, when Heather Colicchio was busy owning and operating her successful chain of gourmet cafes (as well as raising a toddler and a newborn), the furthest thing from her mind was starting a professional dental association but life takes interesting turns sometimes. Through a dentist friend of hers, Heather became aware of a niche in dentistry that was not being filled. There was a lack of resources and education available for dental office managers. She casually began putting people in touch to help them fill this need (kind of like a hobby) but her entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and soon AADOM was born. When AADOM reached over 1,000 members in less than two years, Heather sold her cafes to devote herself full-time to AADOM, now the largest professional association for dental office managers in the country, with 3,000+ members and host of the largest country's largest dental office management conference.

Heather Colicchio is the founder and President of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Heather has brought her background in business management and her unique skills in professional networking to help drive the success of AADOM, the largest professional organization of dental office managers in the country. She is also the Chief Editor of The Observer, the official news magazine for dental office managers, and serves as Executive Director for the Annual AADOM Conference. Heather lives in
New Jersey with her husband, two children and her Bichon, Sage (who thinks she's a wolf). She claims she has the greatest job in the world. She loves Pete Townshend and practices Kundalini Yoga regularly.

Lorie Streeter has been working with AADOM for the past 3 years. Lorie owns her own marketing company, StreeterBuilt Strategic Marketing, which is the driving force behind marketing4dentalmanagers.com and the “Break to Brush” program. Lorie’s dental career spans 22 years, 12 of which were spent as a dental office manager. Lorie is dedicated to the growth and development of our members. Lorie serves on the AADOM Advisory Council, the FAADOM council, she volunteers with the Lupus Foundation, and the ALS association. Lorie is a lifetime member of AADOM.
As the Vice President of Business Development Lorie’s role with AADOM is to strategically align our association with partners that understand not only the role of the office manager in the practice but find tremendous value in furthering the education and resources available to dental office managers. Lorie works daily to seek out resources and companies willing to invest in your future. You may also see Lorie “Rocking” the opening of our annual conferences.

OFFICIAL REGISTRAR, AADOM ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Peter serves as the Official Registrar for the AADOM Annual Conference, responsible for site selection, acting as hotel liaison for AADOM and overseeing all details of registration for both attendees and exhibitors. The Annual Conference is the highlight of our year.
Peter is the founder and president of Hamilton Associates LLC CA. He is a well-respected hospitality industry leader with over twenty five years of meeting planning experience. In 1991 he was one of 36 to earn their Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) which is one of the most prestigious designations in the meetings and event industry.
Peter has a degree in Business/Hotel Resort Management from Lynn and Florida Atlantic Universities and is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).

graduated Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, making Dean's List several times. Justin enjoys helping AADOM members with all of their questions, helping them make the most of their membership, assisting with webinar and conference registrations and very often reminding members of their usernames and passwords :)
Justin lives in New Jersey. He is an avid runner and has competed in several races including half-marathons and is now working toward qualifying for his first marathon. (New York or Boston)

As a lifetime member of AADOM, Teresa is committed to helping fellow members reach their true potential as practice leaders. Her career includes speaking and consulting experience but her first passion is managing the practice of a long-time employer. Teresa's professional associations include the Speaking Consulting Network, Academy of Dental Management Consultants and she is a Fellow and certified educator for the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries. She owns Odyssey Management, Inc. and is the author of the Dental Implant Blog.
LISA FORSBERG

Lisa Forsberg has been involved with AADOM for more than 3 years and is the AADOM Insurance Expert. Lisa’s career has spanned all aspects of the dental industry with many years in dental insurance company leadership. She has a wide network of insurance company contacts that will act as her Insurance Advisory Council for the AADOM. Her experience includes leadership for strategic development of value-added products and services to improve dental practice business administration, provider network relationships and customer care operations. Her previous experience includes insurance coordination, front-office administration and certified dental assisting in a dental practice. Lisa lives in Washington state with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys meeting new people, is attempting to visit all 50 states, and finds sanctuary camping (yes in a tent!) at Mount Rainier.
