Leslie has been a Practice Manager and an Implant Coordinator in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery field since 1986, as well as a Program Adviser for CareCredit for 10 years. She obtained her AAOMS certification for medical and dental coding, and has been filing dental surgery claims for over 30 years. She is a certified dental radiographer specializing in CBCT imaging and its many applications in the dental field.

Theresa Narantic, has been in dentistry over 35 years growing dental businesses and dental teams. In 2003 Theresa began her own business which focused on guiding Drs. with the start-up process through the first years of business to improving productivity and profitability which has been key to seeing their business flourish.
