To become a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), the following requirements must be met to be considered for Fellowship status: Induction Attendance of at least ONE AADOM Annual Conference within the past 3 years (Current year does not satisfy this requirement) 3 years minimum of dental office management/dental business experience. AUDIT POLICY It is the responsibility of each individual Fellow to maintain all requirements for Fellowship. AADOM holds the right to conduct random audits of FAADOMs at any time. Random audits will be conducted on a quarterly basis. If a Fellow is audited and has not met all necessary requirements, they will be given thirty (30) days to submit missing material. If requirements are not met within allotted time, AADOM holds the right to revoke the FAADOM distinction from the individual member. Requirements for mainentance of Fellowship distinction listed below. Maintenance FAADOMs must renew every year to continue to be authorized to use AADOM's FAADOM trademark. Yearly maintenance of 12 CE FAADOM approved courses (may include up to 6 PACE and/or CERP approved CE for live events, not webinars). You must be able to provide proof upon request.
