Robyn Rossetter, Business Administrator, directs an "AMAZING' team that consists of Dr. Keo, Dr. Rowley, three hygienists, five assistants and four front office coordinators. Robyn achieved her Fellowship status with AADOM in October 2010. She feels very strongly that being a lifetime member allows her to build professional networking relationships, find career advice and uncover industry resources. "I've met a few people in my career who were enthusiastic about hard work, and it is such a blessing it is the team I am working with at this time." She enjoys spending time with her husband, Charlie and renovating a 90 year old farmhouse in Tennessee. Earlier this year, her daughter and son-in-law made her a proud "Nana" of her wonderful grandson, Grayson.

Kay Valentine, Office Manager, Indy Smiles Family Dentistry, Indianapolis, IN. I have worked for Dr. Gary L. Llewellyn since April 2007. We believe we should meet, exceed, delight, and amaze - every patient, every time, the first time. Office motto is “Where Smiles and Fun Come Together! We have a dynamic dental dream team and we truly enjoy the benefit of serving our patients and our community. I have been a member of AADOM since September 2007. I graduated from Spencerian College in Louisville, KY in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration. My energetic and assertive approach as a dental office management over the last 15+ years has proven to be very effective. I enjoy serving God and I give Him the glory in all I do! My husband completed 20 years in the army. Being an army wife gave me great love for my country and opportunity to meet some amazing friends. I am excited about the future of dentistry and look forward to seeing the new generation of office mangers.

Melanie Duncan leads the team at CountrySide Dental Care in Des Moines, Iowa as the office administrator. The team consists of 2 general dentists, 4 hygienists, 4 dental assistants, an assistant office manager, hygiene coordinator, insurance coordinator and scheduling coordinator.
With a strong knowledge of the dental field, accounting, human resources and marketing she has been leading her team since 1999. She has also called AADOM her number one management resource for nearly 6 years. Among her many accomplishments Melanie has lead her team through remodels, software changes, and becoming a chartless office.
But what really floats her boat? Giving back to her community through taking dental education to the schools, food drives and participating in mission work through her church.
What are Melanie's top two accomplishments? Grandchildren and being given the honor of winning AADOM's 2008 Office Manager of the Year!

Mindy Otto is honored to be the Practice Administrator for Southern Minnesota Endodontics in Mankato Minnesota. Her team consists of two endodontists, four dental assistants and a scheduling coordinator. Mindy came to her position six years ago with a background in residential lending and personal banking, and has enjoyed learning about the many facets of dentistry ever since.
Mindy is AADOM’s 2007 Office Manager of the Year and has been a passionate advocate for the AADOM from the beginning. She is committed to helping dental office manager’s network, gain knowledge and make their practices shine.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her 22 year old son Taylor and 18 year old daughter Lindsey as well as acting in plays at her local community theater.

Jennifer Russell, Office Manager, Lenz Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. A new office that provides dentistry for the whole family. Jennifer has been in the field of dentistry for 16 years and has been with AADOM since its inception. Jennifer is proud to say that she is a lifetime member of the AADOM.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 16 years, and together they have an 8 year old son. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to the movies and bowling. They love to travel as a family and Jennifer loves to watch her son play sports.
CONNIE ELWELL
2005 OFFICE MANAGER OF THE YEAR

Connie’s dental career started 1986 when she began working with Dr. David L. Sykes, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. She has grown with Dr. Sykes’ practice during her 25+ years, eventually assuming the role as the office manager. Today, Connie manages all aspects of the practice, including accounting, marketing, front and back office employees, customer service, patient care, and everything else that goes along with running a busy practice.Connie has been a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) since 2005, the year the association was started. She was named AADOM’s Office Manager of the Year that first year. Connie is also a 12 year member of The Professional Association of Health care Managers ( PAHCOM) and has achieved the designation of Certified Medical Manager.
When not at the office, or attending at continuing education conference (which she does several times a year,) Connie enjoys kayaking, gardening, and spending time with her beloved English Springer Spaniels, Lex and Lacy. Her and her husband, Charles, have a grown son and daughter.
