“I work with
doctors and dentists nationwide to improve their practices. I firmly believe in
the value of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in communicating
performance expectations and creating task-level accountability structures
within work teams. From the preparation, customization and implementation of
office SOPs, to the generation, review and fine-tuning of personnel policy
manuals, I have helped practice owners solve their most difficult problems with
a blend of on-site consulting, staff training, coaching and off-site support.”
