Robyn Adkins, PHR

“I work with doctors and dentists nationwide to improve their practices. I firmly believe in the value of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in communicating performance expectations and creating task-level accountability structures within work teams. From the preparation, customization and implementation of office SOPs, to the generation, review and fine-tuning of personnel policy manuals, I have helped practice owners solve their most difficult problems with a blend of on-site consulting, staff training, coaching and off-site support.”

Robyn Adkins has been consulting with dentists and doctors since 1997 with Freeman & Associates. She specializes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and labor law compliance.

Robyn has written two SOPs manuals (Standard operating Procedures for All Doctors with Leila Chambers—now in its 3rd edition—and SOPs for Obstetricians/Gynecologists), and was a contributing author to the 4th and 5th editions of Marsha Freeman’s SOPs for All Dentists as well as the 3rd edition of SOPs for All Pediatric Dentists.
