Slides are optional. IF you choose to use slides, your presenter will be sharing them from their device so you can use your choice of platform (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, etc.) AADOM must approve slides prior to the event; you will receive a deadline to submit your slides during the scheduling process (due approximately 10 business days prior to the event). We recommend using less than 30 slides. Slides should be visually interesting without a lot of text.
Course Summary*
Your topic and presentation MUST be educational in nature. Know your audience - dental office managers, members of the front office team, practice owners and leaders - and provide value for them. The last thing you want is for attendees to feel they watched a "sales pitch" and didn't gain anything. Your presenter will be live on camera; the webinar will be hosted on Zoom. You must provide 45 minutes of education for your event to qualify to be included in AADOM's Learning Management System and to offer CE. Course summary should be no more than 200 words (pro tip: shorter is better!). Include why your topic is relevant and timely for the dental practice leader. Brief and concise benefits-first, “what’s in it for me” language is best. Highlight what the attendee will gain from participating.

4) Webcast Protocol
AADOM has a strict webcast protocol to assure content guidelines and timelines are met. Please review each statement below and mark the "I agree" statement to submit your webcast information.
All slide decks and other components related to LIVEcast and dry runs/prep call must be received by the deadlines set forth in the LIVEcast checklist sent prior to promotion of the event. Failure to submit on time may result in cancellation of the LIVEcast. If cancellation occurs due to missed deadlines, AADOM is not required to reschedule LIVEcast.*
