4) Webcast Protocol
AADOM has a strict webcast protocol to assure content guidelines and timelines are met. Please review each statement below and mark the "I agree" statement to submit your webcast information.
All power point decks and other components related to LIVEcast and dry runs/prep call must be received by the deadlines set forth in the LIVEcast checklist sent prior to promotion of the event. Failure to submit on time may result in cancellation of the LIVEcast. If cancellation occurs due to missed deadlines, AADOM is not required to reschedule LIVEcast.*
