Each year, we’re proud to honor the incredible dental office management professionals who go above and beyond for their practices, teams, and patients. Through a careful review of nominations from peers, team members, consultants, and even patients, our committee selects the winners of the Office Managers of the Year (Single and Multi-location Practice), Office Managers of Distinction, Green Leader, and Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend Practices of the Year. The level of competition is always inspiring—proof of the extraordinary talent and leadership thriving in our industry.
We also had the privilege of presenting two very special awards: the “Leave the Ladder Down” Award to Teresa Spense, DAADOM, in recognition of her commitment to uplifting and mentoring others, and a Lifetime Achievement Award to Judy Kay Mausolf, whose career has been dedicated to inspiring and motivating dental teams nationwide.
We are also delighted to spotlight the 2025 inductees into AADOM’s professional distinctions program: Fellowship of the American Association of Dental Management (FAADOM), Mastership of the American Association of Dental Management (MAADOM), and Diplomats of the American Association of Dental Management (DAADOM).
