Finding Encouragement in Community
For many dental office managers, growth doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens through connection, shared experiences, and learning from others who truly understand the role. That’s exactly what Abbey found through AADOM.
As she continued growing in her career, Abbey discovered that one of the most valuable parts of membership wasn’t just the educational resources — it was the people behind them. Through networking opportunities, conversations with fellow office managers, and involvement within the community, she found encouragement, inspiration, and support from others walking a similar path.
“It’s just been such a great community for me,” Abbey shared during her interview.
For Abbey, those connections became a reminder that office managers don’t have to navigate challenges alone. Whether learning new ideas, sharing experiences, or simply having a network of peers to turn to, the relationships she built through AADOM helped strengthen both her confidence and her passion for the profession.
As AADOM continues creating more opportunities for members to connect and collaborate, stories like Abbey’s highlight the impact that community can have on professional growth — and the value of having people in your corner who truly understand the journey.
