With over seven years of experience in the dental field, Joshuah began his career as a Dental Assistant, where he quickly discovered a passion for the administrative side of dentistry. Transitioning from clinical work to office management without formal experience, he embraced the challenge with determination, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Starting in a single-doctor practice with a small team, Joshuah was driven to grow beyond his initial role. That ambition led him to new opportunities, eventually becoming a Treatment Coordinator at his current office. Eager to expand his knowledge, he prioritized learning directly from the doctor—observing, listening, and gaining a deep understanding of patient care and treatment planning. What began behind the scenes evolved into confidently educating patients and guiding them through their treatment journeys.
His commitment to growth and leadership ultimately led him into a management role. Today, Joshuah proudly serves as a leader at A Family Dental Practice, where he focuses on supporting, motivating, and inspiring his team each day. With the encouragement of his doctor, he continues to pursue new opportunities for both personal and professional development.
