On top of the many things that we have had to deal with in 2020, Digital Depression, Stress, and Burnout have become a common result of the reliance on technology during the global pandemic. We have all been forced to leverage technology at one point or another though this season of social distancing, and yet we as a society are craving that personal connection more than ever. This course will discuss how to not only ensure that our digital communication gets through to our patients, but that we do it in a way that breeds patient loyalty and increases patient referrals.
