Angela Martinez began her dental career 28 years ago with a part-time job in a dental office during high school. She went on to serve as an RDA, treatment coordinator, and office manager, eventually becoming a dental consultant and provider relations manager. In 2014, she joined CareCredit, where she held multiple roles combining her clinical and business expertise. Now serving as Vice President of Strategic Association & Dental Health Policy, Angela leads key initiatives in education, association partnerships, and sales support across the dental industry.
Penny Reed is the Executive Vice President of Memberships and Events at the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). A former dental office manager with over 30 years of industry experience, she has worked as a coach, speaker, and consultant dedicated to elevating the role of dental leaders. Penny is the author of Growing Your Dental Business and has been recognized annually as a Dentistry Today Leader in Dental Consulting since 2007. She is passionate about empowering office managers through education, leadership, and community engagement.
