Brainstorming with the Central OK Chapter

The Central Oklahoma Chapter enjoyed an evening on the patio learning from and brainstorming with our February 2022 speaker, Teresa Williams, on Navigating Change in the dental practice. Teresa helped us to see that successful leaders are often those that have the right “questions” to ask their team, and not the right “answers”.  In asking questions (even if we already know the answer), we unlock not only our thinking, but our teams thinking, so that we are all more creative and responsive.

The perspectives in this discussion were vast as each chapter member works in a different facet of dentistry, ranging from pediatric to periodontic and everything in between. We have each navigated unique courses of change in a post pandemic clinical world and sharing these differences helps to make us united as a chapter
