Every generation approaches work differently. Stay committed to the goal, but be open to new methods, tools, and ideas that your team brings. You might be surprised at what you can learn from taking a new approach to a standard task.

Why wouldn’t they? We get to be excited for our patients as they receive the amazing care they need and deserve. It is an honor to help every person who walks through our doors.
#3) Never Underestimate the Value You Bring to the Table
Do not let fear or self-doubt overshadow the experience, wisdom, and professionalism you bring to your role. You are a 10, and you deserve a seat at the table. Pull up your chair, share your strengths, and take every opportunity to learn from others at the table.
