Dental WebSmart was established in 2012 with the aim of helping Dental Practices improve cash flow. We do this by instituting EFT & ERA technology driven insurance systems; that are an alliance of insurance carriers, providers, clearinghouses and dental related organizations working together to provide a modernized technology Insurance system and to simplify the EFT & ERA payment digitalization process. Five key features we implement are: EFT & ERA set-up, real-time eligibility systems, x-ray attachment systems, clearinghouse knowledge and most important training on reducing the risk of embezzlement. Our passion for Technology in Dentistry has led us to achieve a new SaaS App that is essentially “do it yourself” EFT & ERA management consulting. We supply the syllabus, daily protocol, instructions, and guidance, but the Dental practice institutes the changes with the platform all in one place.
