At South River Dental Care we practice General Dentistry and I have been with them for 3 years.
Being able to help someone regain their confidence or help their quality of life by transforming their smiles is the most rewarding part of my career. From guiding the patients through the initial treatment planning process, to making the appointments then to sharing with them tears of joy when they come to my desk and flash their new smiles. It gives me pure joy with each and every case I am a part of.
Our office is located just off the Chesapeake Bay so fishing and crabbing is a huge sport in our area. Our office supports the “Fish for a Cure” events as well our local Summer Camp and American Legion events. We have also adopted local families during the holidays and purchased gifts and food.
What advice would you give to a new office manager just starting out?
JOIN AADOM and your LOCAL CHAPTER!!! I would not be the manager or person I am today without this organization.

How do you feel AADOM helped you to learn, connect or grow?
Being that I have been a member of AADOM since the beginning of it all, I feel that I have grown right along with them. I have made lifelong friends through this organization over the last 17 years and this group is so much more to me than friends or colleagues. They are my family! The moment I need assistance I can drop a post on the forum, Facebook Group or even send out a text and I have what I need within minutes. AADOM has been the best thing that has happened to me as a person and in my career!
