AADOM LiveCast: How to Minimize Friction while Attracting Patients
Approved for 1 CE towards AADOM Designations
Patient communication technology is both a convenience and necessity for providers. When it comes to their dental needs, patients’ point of consideration and points of decision have evolved with performing more extensive research online prior to scheduling an appointment. The patient conversation is no longer a single point in time, but instead is a longer dialogue that is orchestrated over time, both digitally and in-person. Thus, practices need to have a cohesive communication strategy that makes interaction frictionless, continuous, and valuable. With cost being a major barrier to comprehensive care, educating patients on their payment options earlier can lead to less friction later, resulting in happier, healthier, and more loyal patients.
Session Learning Objectives:
- Find out why practices are evolving from the old way of doing business
- Learn how and why providers should incorporate payment options within their technology and systems today
