Kristen Brown Shows the Northeast FL Chapter How to Charge Up Your Energy Now

On Friday November 4, 2022 the Northeast FL AADOM Chapter had the pleasure of having Kristen Brown as our guest speaker. Charge Up Your Energy Now was a great success. We all learned ways that we can be our best selves. This not only applies to yourself but also to your team members. You must fill yourself up with positive energy in order to have a happy life. By doing this, it will help you in your relationships with team members, patients and your friends and family.

We played Energy Bingo that had us thinking out of the box. We worked on our work life map to map out what our passions, commitments, dreams and challenges are. Kristen shared new ways of looking at the big picture and how to navigate it.
