Why? Because as a dental office manager, you set the tone. And when you lead with gratitude, it spreads. One person feels seen, valued, and energized… then they pay it forward. That’s how a strong culture grows.
The Appreciation Formula:
“I appreciate you for (specific action), and the reason I say this is (why it matters).”
It’s short. It’s sincere. And it makes an impact.
Try something like:
“I appreciate how you kept calm during our busy morning huddle. Your leadership helped the whole team feel ready to take on the day.”
In just a few words, you’ve delivered encouragement and reinforced what matters most.
