Penny Reed is the Executive Vice President of Memberships and Events at the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). A former dental office manager with over 30 years of industry experience, she has worked as a coach, speaker, and consultant dedicated to elevating the role of dental leaders. Penny is the author of Growing Your Dental Business and has been recognized annually as a Dentistry Today Leader in Dental Consulting since 2007. She is passionate about empowering office managers through education, leadership, and community engagement.
Jessica Cull is the Director of Sales and Marketing for the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). She has extensive experience leading growth and partnerships across the dental industry and has built a reputation for driving brand expansion, empowering teams, and creating meaningful connections between dental professionals and industry partners. Prior to joining AADOM, she led global sales and marketing efforts for companies like PDT, medmix, and Young Innovations, helping shape innovative programs and lasting industry relationships.
