The Baltimore/Annapolis, MD Chapter Learns Another Language

On October 22nd, the Baltimore/Annapolis MD AADOM Chapter hosted Christine Taxin, of Links2Success and Medical Dental Billing University, for a FULL day course to start our Medical/Dental Cross Coding Journey. The abundance of information was so much that Christine graciously provided a virtual follow-up with all attendees. During our class, we were introduced to and started navigating a medical form, how to document and use SOAP notes, diagnosis codes and which order they’re itemized on the claim forms! Medical billing is definitely another language from dental claims and we look forward to continuing our journey!
