The Northeast FL Chapter was Reporting from Deerwood

On Thursday May 12,2022 the Northeast FL AADOM Chapter had our second meeting of the year at the Deerwood Country Club in Jacksonville, FL.

We had the pleasure of having John Yarrison from Patterson Dental as our guest speaker. The topic of the meeting was “What do your reports say?” John explained how the reports in the software can show your practice growth, where you need to grow and if your fees are where they should be. These reports also can help the practice see if they need to hire additional team members or an associate doctor.

After John’s presentation we had a roundtable discussion on what reports as an Office Manager do you look at daily, weekly, and monthly. We also talked about the challenges we have faced and what good things have happened in the first quarter of 2022.
