The Triangle Area, NC Chapter Discusses Mental-Dental

On June 8, 2023, the Triangle Area, NC AADOM Chapter held its “Mind, Body, and Soul” meeting and talked all about Mental – Dental!!! A big thank you to the wonderful therapist and presenter, Jaclyn Ditter!! We learned a few tips on destressing and… instead of saying “I should” you need to say, “I want!” Jaclyn had many more ideas to help our mental health! Our members loved this meeting and they all left saying how much they needed this kind of meeting! We also want to thank Raleigh Dental Arts for the beautiful venue and Mobile Computer Services for the wonderful dinner! #triangletribe #mentalhealth #beautifulevening
