Yankee 2017 Day Two

We’re in Bean Town!!! It’s the first day of #YDC17 and “The Students are Coming, The Students are Coming”!  Yes that’s right, today was Student Day at Yankee.  Many exhibitors thought “Awww really, we are going to be twiddling our thumbs”.  Well I’m not going to lie, I thought that at first also… But what we found was a great group of dental students in the midst of their journey to become a dentist, hygienist or assistant.  They stopped at our booth to chat, well, ok, they stopped at our booth to get the chocolate from the jar, but… they stopped!  Once they got the Snickers, Milky Way or Kit Kat squarely in their mouth they began to listen to our story.  You could see the little light bulb go off and they said, “Wow, there really is someone who manages the practice?”…

This industry is fascinating and is so supportive.  We are here to provide resources to our members in the dental management community, it’s just that simple.  Those resources span online education, local chapters, annual conference, career resource center and on and on. It’s so rewarding to help others in our profession. We are humbled by so many who put their trust in us.  We come to events like Yankee to continue to spread the word about who we are and what we do. Ok when the day ends we enjoy networking with some of the best in the business!

Bottom line, we love what we do, we love who we serve and we are humbled that so many support us!!!  Thanks to everyone who believes in AADOM, we are so grateful that you are so willing to spread the love to your AADOM Tribe!  From a personal standpoint, I’m so thankful to be able to do what I do… Love this industry and more importantly, love our members!
