AADOM’s Phone Skills Training provides secrets and strategies to handle any phone call successfully. This four-part series is an excellent tool for every team member, not just your front desk team. The modules include:

Participants receive certificates of completion for each module. The series is approved for four CE credits towards AADOM Fellowship (also AGD/Pace approved).
