Jennifer Z. Vickery

Green Leader Winner 2022

With a deeply rooted career in dentistry, Jennifer Z. Vickery combines her passion for patients with over a decade of dental management experience to serve as the Vice President of Operations for Ocean Dental, a dental service organization with 15 clinics across 6 states. As an inspiring cultivator of relationships, Jennifer uses transformational leadership to build confident leaders and tenacious teams.  Jennifer actively supports Oklahoma and the dental community through service in several nonprofits. She is proud to be a founding board member for the Central Oklahoma Chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), active member of Women in DSO, proud member of Leadership Edmond Class XXXVII, and served as the Chairman of the Leadership Institute for the Junior League of Oklahoma City. Jennifer is married to her Texas A&M college sweetheart, Tyler, and they have a 5-year-old son named Kyle, after Kyle Field.

Rochelle Guastella

Green Leader Winner 2021

Rochelle Guastella is the Director of Business Development at Artisan Dental with over 25 years experience in the dental industry. Rochelle works diligently alongside her team to create exceptional quality care for their patients, while at the same time ensuring that all stakeholders are considered and have the opportunity to flourish. Through the use of sustainable business practices along with a conscious capitalism mindset, Rochelle works to inspire others because she feels that this is the key to creating the greatest impact. She was recently named the recipient of the 2021 AADOM Green Leader Award. Rochelle is married, has two children and 2 grandchildren. She is a huge foodie and loves trying new foods, recipes and restaurants. Travel is her true passion. Her favorite place to travel is Italy, which seems to make sense for a foodie!

Jenny Brown

Green Leader Winner 2020

Jenny is a 2010 graduate of East Tennessee State University in 2010, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health. That summer, Jenny was hired on at East Brainerd Oral Surgery in Chattanooga, TN. Spring of 2019, she helped start their satellite office, in Hixson, TN. Today, Jenny manages two offices, three surgeons, and is over 25 employees since she started at East Brainerd Oral Surgery.

Jenny is a Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certified instructor and enjoys providing patient education as well as dental education to offices in CPR as well as sterilization and infection control. Jenny enjoys greeting patients with a warm smile and providing assistance and care to meet the patient’s needs.

Jenny is the founding president of the Tennessee Valley Chapter, AADOM established in 2017. She is a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). In 2017, Jenny received her Fellowship (FAADOM). That same year, Jenny received an award for Women of Distinction Honors.

Ethan McConnell

Green Leader Winner 2019

Ethan McConnell is Vice President of All Kids Pediatric Dentistry – a multi-practice Pediatric Dentistry specialty practice located in Charlotte, NC. Ethan also runs an IT consulting firm that specializes in managed services & cloud security – he leverages those business & IT skills to also help him run his wife’s practices. Ethan is the recipient of AADOM’s seventh annual Green Leader Award – made possible by a grant from the Henry Schein Cares Foundation. He was selected for his initiative and commitment to adopting green practices in his dental office, specifically the practice’s implementation of solar panels, LED lighting, digital charts, low-radiation digital X-rays, and latex-free products. All Kids Pediatric Dentistry also exceeds American Dental Association and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards for a clean and safe dental practice by using non-toxic cleaning products to disinfect and sterilize its treatment rooms and dental equipment.

Kelli Carter

Green Leader Winner 2018

Kelli Carter, FAADOM is the Practice Administrator at Advanced Dentistry South Florida. With more than twenty years’ experience in dentistry, she strives to enhance the patient’s dental experience while having fun and making a difference. Kelli is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers often and encourages her colleagues to do the same.
Ruby Eaches

Green Leader Winner 2017

Ruby Eaches, FAADOM, is the Practice Manager at Surf City Dental. She started her dental career in 1990 in the United States Navy. She served as an expanded functions dental assistant and was honorably discharged in 2000. Ruby’s became an Office Manager in 2005. She strives to change the “dental experience” and for the last 6 years Ruby has been combining professional guidance and compassion to everyone at Surf City Dental. Her latest professional accomplishment came just last year in 2016 when she Fellowed with AADOM.

Claudia Paye, FAADOM of WoodPoint Dental was awarded the prestigious Green Leader Award at the 12th Annual Dental Managers Conference In Boca Raton, Florida. Claudia utilizes a simple no-nonsense approach to going green in her practice.
