- Office has used Dentrix Ascend for two years (does not need to be consecutive years)
- Have scheduled Dentrix coaching or training in the past two years
- Can adequately explain why Dentrix Ascend has made a positive difference in their practice or with their patients
- Must have at least one practice representative present at the 2026 AADOM Conference in Orlando, FL
