As part of the requirements for your approved status as an AADOM local DPLN, the national association needs to be updated annually on various components of local chapter activity, statistics and general data. The information provided by you in this report will help us promote accurate details on your specific chapter page as well as provide us with an overall understanding of local chapter activity. We truly appreciate all that you do as chapter president to provide education and networking opportunities to your local dental community.
