Christi Bintliff Shows the Northeast FL Chapter Their Need to Breathe

Our Northeast FL AADOM Chapter had our first meeting of 2022 with 20 members in attendance. Christie Bintliff, our guest speaker, presented “Need to Breathe – Leadership Interrupted”. As we know, 2020 and 2021 have been challenging for us all. Christie talked about what burnout is and the signs to look for in our own lives.

She gave us some great tips to help with burnout, like having someone you can reach out to, setting time aside for yourself and knowing that you don’t have to do everything yourself.
