The Baltimore/Annapolis, MD Chapter Celebrates the 2022 AADOM PAOY

Practice Administrator of the Year 2022 was awarded to Beverly Wilburn, DAADOM!! Beverly is a lifetime AADOM Member, member of The Baltimore/Annapolis, MD Chapter (adoringly known as BAM), in addition to two other chapters and is the President of the Dental Spouses Chapter! She is the office manager of Karl A. Smith, DDS, LLC Periodontics and Implants and serves as the Executive Administrator for the Virginia Society of Periodontists.
She works with dental specialists on case acceptance and marketing service. She also consults for several dental malpractice attorneys on risk management and evaluation of practice administration systems.
If you’ve had the pleasure to meet Beverly, you’ve seen her contagious smile that lights up any room. She is a warm, welcoming, generous soul who motivates and encourages other to do and BE their very best! Each year we watch her continue to grow and evolve. BAM is excited to see how this next chapter in Beverly’s impressive career evolves.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Beverly In 2005 when she hired me as a surgical assistant in her practice. She encouraged me to never stop learning and growing in my dental career. She has been a major influence in my life and where I am today – a manager and a FAADOM! She has been my boss and mentor, but most importantly my dear friend.
I have watched her take on the dental industry with passion and drive. You will not find another like her! This woman is the epitome of dental office management. So proud of you Beverly!
