The South Central KS Chapter Hosts an Incredible OM Roundtable Discussion

The South Central Kansas Chapter of AADOM hosted an incredible Office Manager round table discussion on November 10, 2023. The food and wine at Vora were to die for. We were treated to top notch service and presentation from their sommelier, Bre. During our roundtable session, our topics included The Great Resignation: 5 components of a great hire and 5 best practices for retention, Growth During inflation; How have you compensated for inflation with tax plans and financing, employee benefits and compensation and fees? Best practices for effective communication, Training: List 5 best practices for effective training and Considering small business when you where many hats and pulled in all different directions.
