What's In It For You to Become an AADOM Diplomate?
Induction
At every AADOM Conference, we induct our members into the Diplomate Program. You’ll be honored with a traditional cap and gown ceremony as you receive your award.
Validation
Being a Diplomate distinguishes your skills and leadership from the competition. AADOM Diplomate establishes your expertise and commitment in dental office management, making you the expert’s expert.

What are the Diplomate Program requirements?
AADOM provides you with the resources to attain and maintain your DAADOM designation. Reach out to an AADOM team member if you have any questions about the requirements below.
Commitment
You must complete the following:
- Must be an AADOM Member in Good Standing.
- Candidate must hold current AADOM Mastership, (MAADOM) designation.
- Attend five chapter meetings within a five year period.
- Complete at least 16 hours of community service—dentistry related.
- Attend at least three AADOM Annual Conferences in five year period and must attend the conference the year they are being inducted.
Dedication
You must complete the following:
- You agree to adhere to AADOM’s Code of Conduct.
- Complete AADOM’s online Ethics Module.
- Publish three articles in AADOM publications and publish one article in another industry publication.
- Accrue a minimum of 150 CE credits within five years of enrollment from submission date. 75 CE must be AADOM approved, with 25 of those being advanced level CE. The remaining 75 CE may be ADA/CERP or AGD/PACE approved.
Investment
You must complete the following:
- Earn the OSAP-DANB DISIPC OR CDIPC Certification
- Completion of Diplomate Application and submission of application fee.
- Must maintain 25 AADOM approved CE each year. These 25 CE may include up to 12 AGD-PACE and/or ADA-CERP approved CE. Credits accepted to renew OSAP-DANB DISIPC OR CDIPC certification can be applied to meet annual DAADOM maintenance requirements.
- Must attend at least three AADOM conferences within a five year period.
