Polished Dental is a General Dentistry practice and I have been with them for 1 year and 4 months.
The most rewarding part of my career is when patients notice the efforts we make in their care within our office!
Our office supports many local charities in our area! One of my favorites is Haddasah’s Hope, a non-profit organization that provides support for women working in strip clubs.
What advice would you give to a new office manager just starting out?
You are an influencer in your workplace. Even when you do not feel like your words and actions matter, they do!

AADOM connected me to resources such as conference speakers who have an abundance of knowledge. They also provide online tools and forums that helped me grow and excel in my current position as I started with very little dental experience!
