We practice Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implants at Ali Alijanian, DDS and I have been with them for almost 3 years.
The most rewarding and blessed part of my career is getting to know all the patients we helped change their lives. Seeing the confidence in their entire being once their oral surgery procedure(s) is complete is a pleasure and uplifting to see.
The majority of ladies in our practice are VERY ACTIVE with our local Contra Costa, CA AADOM Chapter. If they are not already members of our chapter, they support our meetings which help run our entire practice better. We love our patients and feel much more successful when providing care because of the learning(s) we obtained from the AADOM events we participated in. Your Mission and Vision absolutely transcend our daily practice culture.
What advice would you give to a new office manager just starting out?
Observe everything that occurs in your new practice…before you make changes.

I filter down all my learnings into my day-to-day routine. It only helps me live out and improve our business culture. Being around such positive individuals just makes you want to do better.
