Showing appreciation in the dental office.
Our Tennessee Valley, TN/AL/GA/NC Chapter members love to shower their front office staff with gifts and goodies. Gina, from Hixson Dental Group celebrated administrative professionals’ week (we celebrate all week in the south) with a fabulous gift from Genevieve Bond. Thanking them for all they do. We also celebrated Dental Hygienist Appreciation Week. It’s such an honor to celebrate these amazing women. Their character, dedication and gracious hearts are much to be admired.
Our Secretary, Dee Dee, from Elite Dental Care, celebrated Administration Professionals Day with lunch and Ginormous cookies! Dental assistant recognition week they enjoyed team bonding with bowling.
Our chapter president, Jenny, from Implants & Oral Surgery of Chattanooga did a “Thankful Turkey” at her office where everyone drew a name and for a week showed that employee how thankful they were for them from a small note, a cup of coffee, or a gift of gratitude.
“We also had a food truck to show our staff appreciation.” Showing appreciation in the dental office will help keep retention and engagement with your staff.
