Learn about the moderators:

Savanah Carlson is the current Director of Member Services for the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), overseeing the member service team who works with dental administrative professionals by providing them with resources and the education needed for dental practices to thrive. She has been in the dental field since 2010, with expertise ranging from social media marketing to positive work culture to effective conflict resolution. Savanah’s career includes impressive roles at Lund Dental Associates, wherein her 10-year tenure she progressed from a Patient & Social Media Coordinator to Assistant Office Manager and eventually Office Manager. She successfully managed tasks such as hiring and onboarding, creating and implementing the practice’s In-House Membership Plan, professional branding and marketing, HIPAA compliance, patient communication, and team training.
She successfully completed all three levels of the AADOM Designation program, receiving her Diplomate (DAADOM) in September of 2023. Savanah was President of AADOM Boston and developed the organization’s hybrid model virtual/in-person membership structure to ensure dental professionals around the country could collaborate with their peers.

Brandi Williams, FAADOM, is the founding president of the Oklahoma Society of Dental Professionals, an AADOM-recognized DPLN, and a proud member of Women in DSO.
Currently, as the VP of Growth at Catalyst Dental Allies, a mid-size DSO in Oklahoma, Brandi has been part of an incredible journey. From four clinics in 2017, the company has expanded to forty-five clinics, covering a mix of specialties and general dental care. Brandi’s time with Catalyst has allowed her to grow with the company. With an extensive 29-year tenure in the dental industry, Brandi remains dedicated to steering and nurturing successful dental practices and teams. Recognized for her adaptability and results-oriented approach, she has consistently surpassed financial and performance goals while pioneering growth strategies in the ever-evolving field of dentistry. At the heart of her professional journey lies a genuine passion for exceptional patient care and cultivating a robust team culture.
Brandi looks forward to blending her appreciation for group practice with her AADOM passion, fostering collaboration and synergy between these two aspects.
