Q: What are some of the duties you are responsible for within your practice?
A: I am responsible for overall patient satisfaction and profitability of the practice and future expansion.
Q: What is the most rewarding aspect of your career?
A: Seeing my patients get healthy and my staff becoming better employees.
Q: What do you see as some of the benefits of membership to AADOM?
A: I’m a rookie AADOM member but what I know already is that AADOM is a great tribe of professionals/peers who always support each other through their challenges.
Q: What advice would you give to a new office manager just starting out?
A: Do your best to understand every position in the practice and be able to perform every function in the front office!
Q: Do you or your practice support any charitable organizations or events?
A: Yes, we support Give Kids a Smile.
Q: What are some of your hobbies/interests outside of work?
A: I enjoy hiking, swimming, going to concerts and playing sports.
