A: Multi Specialty

A: Regional Director
Q: How long have you been with this practice?
A: 3 months
Q: What are some of the duties you are responsible for within your practice?
A: My main responsibilities practice are to analyze and troubleshoot business aspects and correct for operational health. I help to facilitate and train the team on new practice concepts and programs. In addition, I manage and train staff on proven practice operational activities. I also analyze and troubleshoot practices in the area to determine if there is an opportunity for future acquisition.
Q: What is the most rewarding aspect of your career?
A: The most rewarding part of my career is to see the fruit of my influence on the practice. I enjoy making my team’s jobs easier for them. I consider myself the “Gordon Ramsey” of dental practice management. Of course I also enjoy the patients and the ability to help them make their dentistry possible.
Q: What do you see as some of the benefits of membership to AADOM?
A: I definitely think the member’s only forum, the weekly webinars and the overall continuing education are some of AADOM’s best member benefits!
Q: What other services would you like to see AADOM provide for dental office managers?
A: As far as other services AADOM could provide in addition to what they already do, it is tough to single one that isn’t already provided. I enjoy the current professional development and would like to see some of my employees also developed with the training resources offered through AADOM.
Q: Have you ever attended an AADOM conference?
A: No
Q: Can you tell us about your experience?
A: I do hope to attend an AADOM conference in the future!
Q: Are you planning to attend AADOM17?
A: At this time I am not. I had family commitments at that time before I started with my AADOM membership last fall.
Q: Are you a Fellow or are you pursuing Fellowship?
A: I’m not currently a fellow but I’m certainly not ruling out the possibility of becoming one in the future!

A: Eaglesoft

A: Patterson Dental/Henry Schein
Q: Do you or your practice support any charitable organizations?
A: Our practice supports the South Dakota Dental Foundation as well as the local school events with volunteering or providing materials for events.
Q: What are some of your hobbies/interests outside of work?
A: Outside of the office, I have 6 sons, with #7 boy on the way. My eldest is married and recently gave me my first grandson. I enjoy spending time with family, travelling, camping, boating, caving, go carting, and hiking.
